Foods that make you feel full after eating them take longer to digest. Fatty, cheesy, and fried foods might make you feel bloated and keep you up at night. Avoid things like cheeseburgers, fries, fried foods, and large steaks in the evening.

3. Foods high in water content

It’s possible that getting up to use the restroom will significantly disrupt your sleep. While it goes without saying that being hydrated is essential to good health, you should aim to avoid having a full bladder in the middle of the night. 4. Spicy foods.
