Mohamed Salah comes from the bench to net a stunning hat-trick

English Premier League giant, Liverpool FC forward maestro Mohamed Salah was spectacular yesterday for the Jurgen Klopp’s side in their fourth group game of the current UEFA Champions League season away from home against Glasgow Rangers at the Ibrox Stadium.

The Egyptian forward and former Chelsea star started the game from the bench due to tactical reason but was introduced in the 68th minute for Darwin Nunez and he was able to make his impact by playing his part and also contributing his quota.

Mohamed Salah just eight minutes after his introduction got on the mark as he got his first goal followed by two more in the space of just five minutes to get his team’s lead extended by adding more to the tally in their comeback win.

The first half of the game hanged on the balance with nothing to separate the two sides going into the half time break which ended one all draw after Scott Arfield’s opener was cancelled out by Roberto Firmino’s equalizer.

The visitor just five minutes into the game got the lead as Roberto Firmino got his brace of the night to make it two goals to one before Darwin Nunez got the lead extended to make it three goals to one, after which Mohamed Salah scored three straight goals to extend the lead to six goals to one.

In the 87th minute of the game, Harvey Elliott got the win wrapped up for his team which ended seven goals to one at full time.

After the game, European football governing body popularly known as UEFA has reacted to this with a post via their verified Twitter handle with the caption showing that the Egyptian maestro has now scored the fastest hat-trick in Champions League history.

He will be hoping to keep the tempo and momentum going for his team in their next game as they continue their pursuit in the competition.
